The product was exactly as advertised, the service however, now that was something else. Never before have I encountered a company that treats its customers in such a manner. I shall endeavour to keep this brief, but forgive me if this seems long winded, my last order was out of stock when I first asked for it, but within an hour of my placing the order, I received an email from informing me that I might experience a delay, I was kept informed of the status of my order regularly. I can honestly say that I was made to feel like I was the top priority of the company, I cannot think of any way to make my experience better, other than someone actually jumping in their car and personally delivering it in person. I cannot put into words how exceptional this company’s attitude towards its customers is.
